Meet the Man Leading This Incredible Master Planned Community – with Rick Severance, President, Wellen Park | Episode 111
"1000 people a day."
That's the number of people moving to Florida each and every day for the past several years.
Actually to me it seems more at times. Regardless, all these newcomers need homes and until recently there simply hasn't been enough.
But one organization saw this migration trend happening years ago and is building an amazing planned community of 11,000 acres with 22,000 homes and eventually 60,000+ residents in the Southern part of Sarasota County.
I'm very pleased to welcome Rick Severance, Division President at Wellen Park, Mattamy Homes, USA. As you might imagine, Wellen Park is indeed one of the fastest-growing master-planned communities in the US.
In today's episode, you'll earn ...
- One thing most people don't know about Rick
- Why he chose the development and construction industry as a career
- How Wellen Park compares to Lakewood Ranch, The Villages, and other planned communities
- Tips on what home buyers should consider when looking for a home at Wellen Park
- and much... much ... more!
I'm so glad you stopped by today as it is my hope you will listen ... learn ... and connect!
